Create a support package
A support package helps BVQ support analyzing a problem and finding a solution.

There are two different types of support packages:
- Logs only
- Logs, Topology, and Performance
We often refer to them as small and full support packages. The full package is - depending on the number of scanner configurations - typically much larger than the small one because it contains scanned performance and topology information from the selected scanner configurations. Typically, BVQ supports asks for a full support package.
