The Web Server wont open up, within a supported Browser

Procedure

If the Services are running fine, the Browser cache has to be deleted and furthermore 

-the exact address has to be used to log in the Maintenance Mode:

http://bvq-server/#/ui/login

or

-the exact address has to be used to log in the Web Server:

http://localhost/ui/login
